This letter was good in my mind. There was a kind tone and good choice of words. They did not really try to feel me with false hope and were to the point.

I would agree, this is a very appropriate letter. The part I liked was the time frame on reviewing the resume efore contacting you if you have the skills they are lookinf for. On a side note, I maybe bias because I have spent/and do spend alot of money with Crutchfield.
