Janitor: I have a nephew who has a computer at home.

IT Manager: Great! We will hire him instead.

We were impressed with your application and interview. Sadly, or decision was tough for this position. In the end we chose a candidate who matched our requirements the best. Even though you were not chosen at this time, you should know that you were a very impressive candidate. We shall hold your application for one year for positions if you meet the criteria. Good luck in the future.
